A New Word.

Ok, so everyone, check it. There’s this new word on the street. And the word is “blatched”. How would one use the word blatched? I tell you. When you’re in the car, and you’re eating a meal, say, sushi, and you’ve kind of got something to cover your lap but you don’t feel 100% sure that it’ll collect anything that’ll spill? And you’re a bit scared that you’ll spill soy sauce all over your going out clothes? So you’re all “far out man, this is such a blatched situation.”

Eh? Eh?? God bless you Sarah Silverman.

Anyone else got some ideas for new words for already existing situations?

Let’s hear ‘em!

Love from Suzy :-)

  1. A few weeks ago, I made up two words quite by accident, the first word was “buddled”. It was said in response to this crazy weird story that a friend of mine was telling me about. I can’t even remember what it was now, but it was messed up and probably not even true, or at the most, only partly true. I was truly perplexed and curious and had heaps of questions, but I didn’t really know where to start, so I just kind-of stared at him incredulously and stammered, “I’m genuinely buddled!”. At first, he just gave me a queer look and then we burst out laughing. In retrospect, I think I was trying to say “baffled” and “befuddled” at the same time, and that’s what came out. At the time however, I was too damn tired to try to work it out, so I just stuck with “buddled”.

My second word is a slight variation on word #1, “buddlef*cked”. And that just basically means when you’re seriously buddled about something, but you’re too bloody tired to work it out, so you just say, “Ahh I’m buddlef*cked”. It’s kind-of like an admission that there’s shit you just can’t work out, but you’re too tired to really care.

Those are my contributions to language. Although let us not forget “ducka” and “ragem”, which are actually real words in my vocabulary now, thanks to you! :)

  2. As a sidenote, I’ve always thought the word “glug” would make a good insult. IE “F*ck you, ya stupid GLUG!” hahaha! Awesome.

  3. HA HA HA HA! Glug! Buddlef*cked!

Very very nice, Sheri. I must admit I normally always feel buddlef*cked. Have been feeling that way the whole day today!

    How are you doing, ducka?
